Goodbye Cruel World (Part 2)

Forget a ring o' roses,
this virus which exposes
ineffective vaccine doses,
the frail fall down.

Lungs that fail to function,
respiratory dysfunction;
microorganisms won,
the sky falls down.

Remnants of humanity,
exist in infertility;
the final nail brutality,
we all fall down.

Extinction not by asteroid,
this cause smaller and devoid
of chance encounter, this was fate;
this strain more than we could take;
a ticking time bomb took the crown;
we all fell down.
